  • Choose this rate if you are a full-time faculty or staff member at a university, college, or community college.
  • Choose this rate if you are an affiliate/adjunct, emeritus/retired, or high school teacher.

  • This registration requires a registration code from the ACT Director.

  • Choose this rate for the second and subsequent representatives of your organization. PLEASE NOTE: Initial sponsorship must be made through the STP Sponsor Store prior to registering with this option.
  • Only use this category for guests of a conference presenter/attendee who have no interest in joining STP (e.g., spouses, parents) but who do plan to attend sessions and enjoy food/drink.

STP Members: If you don't see registration rates for STP members,  log in and then refresh this page to view those rates. If you recently joined and cannot log in, forward your membership confirmation email to stp@teachpsych.org to request online access to your account.

STP Non-Members: You do not need to be a member to register for the Annual Conference on Teaching. Please register under the STP Non-Member category and rate. If you want to become a member of STP for a reduced rate, please click here.

Reduced Registration Rates are available for affiliate/adjunct faculty, emeritus/retired faculty, high school teachers, and undergraduate/graduate students.

Receipt for Payment.  You will have online access to an invoice after you have paid online.  If you need to pay via check, please email stp@teachpsych.org for instructions.

Refund Policy: Full refunds are available through September 15. While no refunds will be issued after that date, we may be able to offer you a credit toward next year's Annual Conference on Teaching. Please contact the Director for the Annual Conference on Teaching, Garth Neufeld, at annual-conference@teachpsych.org.

Annual Conference on Teaching 

Location: Marriott St. Louis Grand, Downtown, St. Louis, MO

Conference Dates: October 15-17, 2026

Registration Details

Registration for the Annual Conference on Teaching includes:

  • Full access to all conference programming

  • Thursday evening welcome reception with light hors d’oeuvres

  • Light breakfast on Friday

  • Lunch on Friday and Saturday

  • Light hors d’oeuvres at the Friday evening poster session

Attendees are encouraged to make dinner reservations at one of the many excellent restaurants in the area. ACT will also organize optional group dinners on Friday evening—sign-ups will be available at the beginning of October.

Registration Deadlines

Early Bird: Available through August 15
Regular: Available August 16 – September 15
Late/Onsite: Begins September 16 and continues through the conference

Registration Categories 

STP Members may register at the discounted STP Member rate.
Nonmembers may register at the STP Nonmember rate, or join STP to receive the STP Member discount.
Reduced Rates apply to affiliate/adjunct faculty, emeritus/retired faculty, and high school teachers.
Student Rates apply to undergraduate and graduate students.
